Of the many contemporary records to reference the Italo/Euro disco sound, this is one of the absolute best. The three Robert Calvin tracks capture the light-hearted and playful essence of many of the greatest disco records of the eighties, whipping them into a shimmering arpeggiated masterpiece.
Of course, it doesn't hurt that the lady who graces this side of the picture disc is gorgeous, making this one record that never wants to leave my turntable!
Whilst the Alek Stark tracks are fairly competent, they don't really compare to the amazing stuff happening on the other side.
