Faze Action - In The Trees

Whats strange about this is how much In The Trees resembles Rob Ds Clubbed To Death, at least the strings and the way its building up. The latter is even more remarkable with the C2 remix and its even more odd concerning that Clubbed To Death has been remixed by Carl Craig as well. But maybe thats just me.
Anyway, the original version from In The Trees is a very organic sounding deep house track that sounds just like an actual band playing, oscillating somewhere between funk and disco. Absolutely timeless classic.
The C2 remix again is Carl Craig at his best, creating an evil monster of a tune that sucks you into it, playing around with you to finally release you in the warmths and depths of the original, just when youre not expecting it. Great work. though somewhat predictable if you know Carls way of remixing, but it sure works like hell and should destroy any floor.
