Umek - Lanicor

"Lanicor"... Not even wanting to could I review this track from an objective viewpoint. This is in my top 3 techno tracks of all time, and I reckon there is no possible way that another track will ever again blow me away as much. This is still from the era when Umek was producing that hard, relentless, so-called synthetic techno, and "Lanicor" is his magnum opus. Some may argue it, as this versatile individual changed and experienced with more styles than 90% of other european producers, but for me, this is what history will remember him for. The harsh stabs on this track made DJs and party goers alike make a 360 with their heads on any given party.
The energy a single track can pack!!! WHOA!
It is an all time favorite, it always works, always brings a Joker-like smile to the crowds face and my bet goes the speakers adore it as well :-)
If you somehow menaged to miss it the first time around, if anyhow possible, track down a copy... NOW!
