Programmed is one of my favourite Carl Craig projects. Touching on jazz, via house, Detroit techno and hip hop, its an album that brings many styles together. Favourites include a reworked version of At Les, thats much more jazzy than the one that appears on the In Order To Dance 5 compilation. Manufactured Memories which has a guest spoken vocal from Steve Rachmad and was done live for 10 days of techno and People make the world go round, which reminds me of an old Mr Fingers song in its style and delivery.
