Marc Romboy vs. Booka Shade - Every Day In My Life Review by deadmanworking Oct 18, 2006 (edited over 3 years ago)

referencing Every Day In My Life, 12", SYST 0001-6

Good first release on Marc Romboy's Systematic imprint and also his first (co-)production in the electro/techhouse genre. The original mix is reminiscent of the Get Physical sound of the time, Booka Shade's production contribution is very obvious on this track. The vocals are sampled from First Choice's "Let No Man Put Asunder", a classic 1977 disco tune. On the flip side, Martin Landsky ups the ante with even more punchy drums and a heavy acid hookline. No matter which version you choose, both are very driving and dancefloor-effective.
