Quiet Village - Silent Movie Review by Flaza Feb 02, 2009

referencing Silent Movie, LP, Album, !K7225LP

Quite Village begins with a soft track light instruments and arranged chords incredibly inviting and very spaceous ....
this first track side A reminds me very much of a movie that i just cannot place and takes me back to the beach or oceans with waves crashing in to the sounds of nature around the music fantastic production work flowing into track 2 a soft rock track with the soft rock riff "DJ Harvey" inspired these soft rock cords with disco sounding strings taking on a new dimension and shape for rock music - A heavy rock based funk track taking you someplace else the next track inspired ambient sound resembling deep rain forest type sounds are awe inspiring and guitar riffs flowing into african type rhythms is beautiful.
Broken promises i think is probably the pinnacle of this lp for me strings chords sounds arranged in the style of greats suck as bacharat phenominla if your are a serious collecter i would say this is top shelp stuff and great listening chill out music
