If I could only take one record to remind me in my old age of why I fell in love with dance music, this is the one. I have owned this record a long time and played it to so many different people, so many of whom didn't even like dance music. My mum adores this piece. My Dad, too. All my girlfriends. It's the piece of music other producers sound like in their wet dreams but never will. It's a beautiful masterpiece and I never, ever tire of marveling at it's brilliance.
If someone said to me that they ripped out all emotion they ever had, love, hate, anger, joy, happiness etc and packaged it up sent it off to the pressing plant and got a record made, I would presume that the end product was "Deep Burnt". I listen to this most days and it never gets boring. I can put this on and sit back, chill out and relax or on the contary I could hear this in a club at 4am whilst dripping with sweat and hanging from the walls, and dance like i've never danced before. This is music. Rated 5/5

Classic, classic, classic and again some. This never ever leaves my box. It is one of the most original pieces of house music ever. It sounds completely and utterly timeless. The groove locks you in and is totally spellbinding. Play it in a bar, in a lounge or even in a massive club and it rocks because it's so atmospheric. One of the best pieces of house music from the last 10 years without question - definitely in the top 5 from the last 10 years - ESSENTIAL!
