Orange Water - Lo Tek Review by May 21, 2002
Afronaught teams up with G-Force & Seiji. 'Lo tek' by Orin Walters & Mark Lipka, 'Love Life' by Orin Walters & Paul Dolby. Both sides rather good; especially 'Lo tek' is very refreshing. One of the best tracks released on Archive so far.

I was very surprised to see that this record got a fairly low rating. Released five years ago (therefore rendering it ancient by electronic music standards) this is still a unique, refreshing record that stands out in my collection.

Both sides consist of fairly intricate drum patterns and warm, complex synths over the top. This is what I'd always thought Detroit was going to sound like in the year 2005 - yet this little gem is from the year 2000 - and Italian!
