2. if you buy something, then ask me to cancel the sale because "you didn't realize shipping was so much", order will be cancelled and you will receive a negative. shipping costs are as stated above and they are at or very very nearly at cost. if you're unfamiliar with how much shipping from the US costs in 2020, yet you are attempting to buy records online, you have proverbially "done it wrong", and i urge you to familiarize yourself with the costs of vinyl-related international e-commerce in 2020 before you buy something and then expect a postage rate from the late '90s. please understand that shipping across continents cost more than shipping within the EU.
3. If you buy an off condition record (VG or below) but then ask a bunch of questions about it to "make sure you want it", order will be cancelled. please ask any questions BEFORE buying.
4. i don't have time to send you pictures and/or sound samples for the majority of these cheap records. my 99%+ positive seller rating should speak for itself. also, i grade conservatively and almost all records are VPI cleaned before shipping. please buy with confidence.
5. ***There are NO REFUNDS for records graded VG AND BELOW. Please know what you are buying! You get what you pay for, records graded VG and below are priced accordingly.***
6. If something is lost in the mail or arrives broken (happens VERY VERY RARELY), there's no refund for that. when you buy something thru the mail, you're always taking the risk it may get lost or broken. common sense, end of story.
7. once we ship the package, we have the SAME ability as you - to track the package. that's it. there's no special contact we can make w/ the USPS that you can't. patience is key. also please remember that tracking results you see online are very often behind real time.
