- USA ORDERS ship via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL PARCEL (3-5 days) or USPS MEDIA MAIL (2-9 days) both with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION!". Buyers will receive tracking email updates from USPS.com. For expedited shipping, please request USPS PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 days).
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ship via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL PARCEL (Delivery times varies by country) or USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (6-10 days).
- Applicable import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in our item price or applicable shipping, handling, and insurance costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing order.
- USA ORDERS:
- Insurance is optional but STRONGLY recommended.
- WARNING, BUYER'S RISK: Seller not responsible for losses and damages to UNINSURED or UNREGISTERED shipped packages and will not issue any refunds for this. It is the buyer's responsibility to ask for insurance. If you don't ask for insurance, seller cannot help you if your parcel is damaged or lost by the courier. SO PLEASE SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT INSURING YOUR PACKAGE.
- We reserve the right to require insurance on some orders with respect to the following in any combination: location, total order value and buyer feedback (including first time and/or no feedback buyers).
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Packages sent via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL will be insured by ENDICIA INSURANCE Otherwise INTERNATIONAL parcels of high value (item(s) totaling $40.00 USD or more) will be shipped accordingly:
- If your package still has NOT ARRIVED after 45 CALENDAR DAYS from DATE OF SHIPMENT, Insurance protection will apply/activate. Contact Seller and a claim form with further instructions will be emailed to start claims process.
- If your package arrived with noticeable damage/shortage caused by transit to shipping address, document the damage and missing items if any with your local carrier BEFORE taking delivery of package. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in original form as received and should not be disposed of or released to the shipping carrier before a claim is completed/resolved as photographs will be required. Please contact us immediately to start claims process.
- 'Concealed Damage' Allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 15 DAYS AFTER FINAL DELIVERY. The loss is deemed to have possibly occurred during the insured transit. Discovery of loss or damage occurring 16 DAYS OR LATER AFTER FINAL DELIVERY is deemed to have occurred while the shipment was NOT in transit, and therefore, is NOT covered.
- Claims of 'Concealed Damages' (see above) 16 DAYS OR LATER AFTER FINAL DELIVERY ARE NOT covered/accepted by Shipsurance or the Seller on USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL PARCELS.
