1. Shipping & Returns
You are based in germany, why is the site in english? With growing number of international customers we found it more convenient to keep the entire website in english for better understanding and communication. If you have any problems with item's descriptions, ordering process, conditions etc., or anything else, please get in touch, we would be happy to provide all the needed info in german.

2. General Information
Shipping costs: Please check information below to get an idea of your expected costs. We don't pay the postage for returned items. After sending / confirming your order you will get an automatic response via e-mail with the list of items you have ordered and payment info. Please wait for another mail from us with shipping information before you make a payment. We usually get back to you within 3 - 5 business days.

4. Payment Terms / Conditions
4.1 Bank Transfer
If you are living inside Germany: You can easily transfer the money using our account information to be found below. If you are living inside the EU: You can easily transfer the money. You only need our IBAN and BIC code to be found below. The fees are the same as for a transfer inside your country. If you do not live inside the EU: Ask your bank how to transfer the money to Germany and make sure to include the extra handling costs that our bank charges us for the transfer (depends on the country you come from, please ask us before!).

4.2 Paypal
As For Paypal: We will give you detailed information on how you can transfer the money via e-mail! Make sure to include 1,9% + 0,35 EUR (for european countries) or 3,9% + 0,35 EUR (for non-european countries) extra handling costs that Paypal charges us for the transfer.

4.3 Cash (€ / Euro) in a registered letter
At your own risk. The only currency we can accept is € (Euro). We only accept Cash payments with insured parcels or registered letters.
