IMPORTANT: It might take a little bit longer than usual for me to get back to you, due to the fact that I’m back in school — and will be for the next couple of years. I will however still be able to send out orders on Saturdays.All payments are to be made in euros; no exceptions. I would really appreciate it if you pay using PayPal (within Europe, bank transfer is also an option). All order totals include Priority shipping, which can neither be tracked nor refunded if it gets lost. Basically, this isn’t much of a problem when it comes to small orders; so far only one item ever got lost in the mail (out of the nearly 350 orders I’ve shipped so far). If you’re not one to live on the wild side, I would advise Registered Shipping; it’s obviously a bit more expensive, but I will refund your money if it gets lost — something I won't be able to do for Priority orders, simply because I can't convince postal workers that some untraceable item got lost.
If your shipping address is a bit different from the one Discogs displays, please include it in your message to make sure your order gets to where it should be going. Please be sure to mention any special requests, like invoices or exceptionally sturdy packaging — I always pack up my orders to withstand regular abuse, so most of the time, everything should be fine.
All orders are stamped (with the ‘flame’ logo, in red) and — when shipped as Registered Mail — properly sealed to prevent tampering during transport.
And please, be sure to leave some feedback — as I will always leave you feedback, once your payment comes through — and if something is wrong with your order, be sure to get in touch first! Let me know if — for some obscure reason — you are unable to pay within a week. I don’t mind waiting, but I would like to be notified in advance.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order; on large orders, I usually give a nice discount.
