I prefer to ship with REGISTERED MAIL (REGISTERED MAIL with INSURANCE option is not possible for all countries).

After that I've shipped the parcel, I send to your mail address also a mail with your tracking number of REGISTERED MAIL.

If you prefer PRIORITY MAIL you must ask for it, but please remember that this choice is at your own risk (but also at my discreption!), because PRIORITY MAIL is unregistered and not traceable.

NO INSURANCE = NO REFUND

I’m not responsable of losses and damages caused by postal service.

Combining multiple items allows to save on the shipping costs.

When it is possible I can send CDS without jewel box to reduce postal charges, but you must ask for this. A standard cd shipped without jewel box has a reduced weight, so you can save money! I will ship cd (in plastic envelope for cds) divided from covers (in an envelope with cartoon) so cd doesn't ring covers!

Postal charges are calculated on a specific order, so you will pay the real postal amount.

If there is any difference in postal charges I will send back money in excess at your Paypal address.

Please note that many cd-rs are productions of indipendent and small labels, it means that they are handmade, and that sometimes each cd-r can be different from another one of the same edition (cover, etc.), but above all maybe it shows little defects. In these cases when I grade NM grade I think that NM is like a M for professional productions, and this means that that cd-rs are unplayed and in perfect conditions. Thanks
