I discovered this compilation recently and a track of lumière is there, from an EP we released in 2000-2001. Just to say that nobody asked us permission for including this track in this compilation.

That was my first 2 Monoceros tracks in 2003.I gave this demo to the label manager with another track that hasn't been released.The track Bells defines the essence of Monoceros,i think into warm and deep emotional electronics,influenced of course by BOC...
Also is curious that it contains a sample recorded where i live,in St Martí d'Empúries,taken from one of those machines for tourist that explains for 1 coin the history of my town,a kind of presentation card.

One of the most precious records i own. It's a piano solo album recoded in live, those albums that you can hear the artist breathing. It is ,at same time than sad, very deep and beatiful, you fall in a kind of darkness where the music is pure soul ,it is one of this heavy records that change your perception of music. As it's said on the cover "Touch is only possible at the edge of spaces, Light is only precious during dark intervals",and poetry is what this music is.

Probably my favorite of the expanding 7" second series.I usually like all Flotel tracks,but this is specially good.The ISAN remix is great, Flotel brings what is called "IDM" to new places that we haven't heard before,in my opinion it is a very minimalistic music,with unconstructed rhythms, delicate harmonies with a lot of silences in between that make you listen carefully to it. A personality, in his music and his covers.

That's my favorite album of Autechre,it has interesting melodies and the percussion sounds are amazing.It's a reference for a lot of the IDM that we can hear actually and shurely it is on the genre classics. It is the culmination of his previous works that has good melodies, but percussions wasn't sofisticated enough, however, and personally, i lost interest in them after LP5, since i feel that they give more importance to experimentation than music feeling or sensibility.
Anyways i can understand that people like his latest works (even i have some of them), is just that i'm a melody lover.
