Max Middleton for me defines a sound,the sound of Fender Rhodes that was used in 70' and that has been used in styles like Acid Jazz or even Deep House. Like many others,i think he have put face on a instrument.

I buyed this when i was 14.It was in a cheap cd's zone and i didn't know what i was buying.I still listen to it and it's still fresh like before, good musicians, a very good producer, some real jewels here like Diamond Dust, where the Rhodes is really great, a Steve Wonder's version (6).
I find that years the best years of rock, the fusion with jazz, funk, and hard rock is reflected in this work.
