Much has been said about this record. It has been played over and over by a lot of dj's throughout the summer of 2008. I first heard Raresh play it on Free Your Mind festival 2008 in Arnhem. It made my evening. The Balkan Beatbox sample has a unique gipsy atmosphere and the bassline is huge.

Although it has the risk of becoming the next 'Heater', I bought it on vinyl as soon as possible. For me it's the best track of the summer of 2008. Call me mainstream ;-)

For me, "Tristesse" of one of the best minimal tracks I've heard the last time. It starts with a dreamy intro and slowly builds up with a beautiful melancholic melody. Not a real dancefloor bomb in my opinion, but great to listen to late at night.

I had never heard of Kollektiv Turmstrasse before "Grill Im Park", and then I heard this one on the latest Balance CD, mixed by Lee Burridge, and I loved it. Great track. Looking forward to their next releases!

I agree with you, this is one of the worst Speichers I've heard so far. The previous one wasn't that good either (#53 by Sog). This is way too 'simple' for me, and that is something else than 'minimal'. Sounds like it has been put together in a few minutes, has no depth at all.

But oh well, the next one (55 by Gui Boratto and SCSI-9) is great so I forgive them this mistake ;)
