Check out ELECTRO DISCO WAVE - the latest mix I posted to Discogs!

I started DJing in 1990 inspired by '80s synth music, early rave techno, new beat and belgian EBM.

DJed at a college radio show at WRIU in Rhode Island from 1990-1997, which was one of the most fun times of my life. Lots of late nights alone in a darkened studio playing music to an invisible audience.

I've had a few residencies around New England over the years, but nowadays I mainly just do occasional guest spots here and there at gigs where I think people will want to hear something a little different.

Various - Survival... Dance Report - 08-Sep-06 10:07 AM
This compilation has a couple good songs (Joy of Radiation, Cool Runnings) and a bunch of very forgettable songs. Unfortunately almost every song suffers from a very dated remix/editing technique where certain sections of the songs are looped ad nauseam, sometimes obviously not in time with the rest of the music.

Giorgio Moroder & Joe Esposito - Solitary Men - 11-Jan-05 01:15 PM
Not good. This has that typical "Eye Of The Tiger" 80's rock soundtrack feel to it. Don't buy this expecting the usual Moroder wizardry; it's just not here.

Age - Isolation - 04-Jan-05 06:41 PM
This album has a sort of "Basic Channel via Thomas P. Heckmann" vibe to it. Minimal rhythms with melancholy keyboard chords drenched in reverb.

I remember being quite disappointed with this when it first came out, but my appreciation for this album has grown over time. A great album for late night driving.

Bobby Konders - House Rhythms - 15-Dec-04 05:30 AM
My favorite release on Nu Groove, this is classic acid house. "Nervous Acid" is perfectly named; dark, minimal, but with a strong sense of groove. This is a must have!

This release was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with CD packaging. This is supposed to be 3 CDs in a stack, separated by 3 other "blank" CDs with a layer of felt glued on them. Unfortunately when I bought this, the CDs that were supposed to have music on them were blank, and the felt covered CDs had the music on them!

The felt covered CDs wouldn't play except in a portable discman, so I decided to try to peel the felt off of the CDs. After pulling and tugging on the felt, the CD snapped in half, right in my hands! So I tried to excahnge the package at the shop I bought it from, only to be told "that is what happens when you buy 'art'".
