Various - Everything All Of Them Every Year
Feb 08, 2003
Eight years after its first twelve inch release, Omid “16B” Nourizadeh releases his own label Alola’s first label compilation. ‘Everything All Of Them Every Year’ contains over 74 minutes of deep, funky tech-edged grooves mixed to perfection by 16B himself, putting together the best of the labels output from 2001 plus a few tasters of things to come.
Lord of the Dance Fatboy Slim returns with the key tracks from July’s unbelievably riotous Big Beach Boutique 2, the epic tabloid bothering jamboree that attracted about two million people to the Brighton sea front (okay, maybe it was closer to 250,000) one summer Saturday. Excitable red tops predictably focused on the negative aspects that emerged, like the unfortunate handful of fatalities and alleged environmental damage to the beach. However, the enormous popularity of the Fatboy was clearly demonstrated by the fact that 210,000 more people turned up than was expected. The man truly is a dance legend.

A side is great, with samples from speeches of TITO(ex-Yugoslavia leader). Preety sure that the B side is just as good as this one...keep the tempo Haris!

This album deserves to do as well as "Moon Safari". There's no question that it's a better record, a different record, written by a pair of supremely talented and greatly improved musicians enjoying total mastery of their studio and sound, who aren't afraid to take risks for fear of offending their audience...
Listen to it carefully, and you may find the beauty within Air.
