Fazer - 3rd Cut - 01-Jan-08 11:21 AM
Leeny Dee really SMASHED the PURE in Edinburgh with the track 'When I am Gone' way back in February or March 1993.My head is still in fragments from this track and I wish you could have seen some people running for the cooler.Worth seeking out just for this tune but the others on offeron this 12" are not as good. One tune has a sampled scratch running thru' the vibe which after a while gets rather annoying.Undiluted Neuro surgery for free.

This release on the Legendary Plus 8 label certainly was one of the first tunes that I ever heard in the PURE or WAVE or when a 'mixed tape of any disk jockey or live club was rare' & asked the age old question of... 'What the feckkk is coming out of the speaker system in this Club , and who sits in a studio and or their bedroom and thinks and constructs these tunes up ??? ' The vibe called De-Orbit , shall and always will be a favourite tune of mine { I like to minus this tune down...} A timeless vibe I say...You have NO doubt !!!

Ongaku - Mihon - 11-Dec-07 04:16 AM
What can I say but what a "SUPERB" release !!! This record has a good few Star Trek samples in the tunes , including one track constructed entirely from the Star Trek Noises {doors opening etc.}.Mihon 3 especially is an Acid track that when I first heard , simply took me to another Dimension.I would say quite I'm VERY biased in my opinion of this record as a lover of timeless music.A release which sums up Acid House DEFINITIVELY !!!

Robert Armani - Muzik Man - 09-Dec-07 02:51 AM
One of the first records I went out of my way to get a hold of.This first release on ACV lp # 1 was a regular at "PURE" and "WAVE" in Edinburgh way back in 1992 and for years after, and for a good reason. Some of the standout tunes include Musik Man,Moon Lights,Armani Trax 2,Loose Control. In fact all the tunes on this release are good and are mixable with almost any tune, especially from the era which the record was released.A true classic Armani Chicago vibe Dbl 12".

Stephen Brown - Status Bytes - 09-Dec-07 02:37 AM
What can be said about this fine release from Djax-Up-Beats... First I can say with an unbiased view that this record THUMPED a good few clubs up and down the country and Europe !!! So if you can obtain or order indeed even snaffle a copy , not that I condone that sort of activity , I would not hesitate.Every track is a class effort with exceptional production. Not to be missed !!! Stephen Earl Brown delivers yet again with his own unique 100 percent Techno Grooves.
