Deep Down - Give Me Your Love
Mar 14, 2004
This was originally a dub that was caned by all the top kocks, but was then given a delightful vocal that moves it along. The effected sax in the chorus is quality and with the use of a vocal sample alongside the female vocal, it shows how far Full Intention have gone sine Spanish Hustle.
Michael Moog - That Sound
Mar 14, 2004
Michael Moog has faded off the scene but this production put him on the map. With its garagey beat and sharp strings it should be a tribal smash but the intro is something to die for with the ancient feel that gives it an ambient vibe and the vocal which moog provides himself. A great talent and a great release.

Wicked tune. A former Lovegroove danceparty powerplay as played by Danny Rampling back in the day. Great feel good tune for the summer. Nearly 3 years old but always gets a play for the sun. Good times.
8B - It's Alright
Mar 14, 2004
Unfortunatley this gem will be limited in numbers due to Yellorange records closure, but if you can get your hands on it then do. Pure peak time stuff with a quality bassline that moves the record along and with a goodtime vocal sample, the crowd have no reason for not getting down. The break is special as Todd G phases the vocal and piano sample into a frenzy before dropping in to the groove again. Get it if you can.
Todd Gardner

Todd G is a quality producer that should gain more recognition for his work. His ability to make a dance record sound live but still be DJ friendly is very rare and only few producers such as Frankie Knuckles, Lenny Fontana and Danny Krivit have managed it well. From his 8B production on the now defunct Yellorange label to his latest Subliminal Soul efforts, quality, soulful and funky are the words to describe this producer.
Todd Gardner - Whatever

Never fails. Great tune to get people on the floor with the sweet soulful hooks and killer live sounding production. Todd G's use of backing vocals and harmonies opens up the track to a real emotion ride. Gynisse delivers a brilliant perfomance that is reminisant of Janet Jackson in sound. Todd G should get more recognition.

D'Layna - What You Need Is Love

Vincent kwok is an upcoming producer that has recorded under many guises. Here he fuses a large kick and a chunky bassline with strings and a sweet vocal by D'Layna. We should here more of this producer in the future.
