Electronic Music
I listen to pretty much every style. Except techno. NO I DONT LISTEN TO TECHNO!
Ambient, Chillout, Breaks, UK Garage (2 Step), Drum n Bass, Nu Jazz, House (all), Trance (all)
I play a lot of trance music, vocal, progressive, psy. But that's not where I'm at if you know what I mean? House music is my juice...that motherfuckin house music!
Music I'm looking for:
-RnB/hip hop vocals over house instrumentals, love it!!
-I'd like to expand my (small) collection of latin house.
-I'm always after discoy-funk-house from between 1998-2002. The type that had video clips with people doing weird shit that made no sense...good stuff.
Hip Hop
Pretty much exclusively a fan of Australian and New Zealand hip hop - not American gangsta crap.
Don't even mention RnB.
Rock
Yeah, I'm down with rock...
Reggae
Erie, man.

Whirlpool Productions - From: Disco To: Disco (Part 2) - 05-Jan-07 06:27 AM
The Wighnomy Brothers remix seems to be horrendously mastered compared to the other mix on the same side, it plays like it is full of dust. That said, it is a good mix and definitely adds some new...content. The first mix I heard from this was the Mike Monday mix, which in it's own way is absoloutely brilliant, but kind of spooky at the same time - maybe the scary part is how 80s it sounds.
The Trick & Kubic remix takes the prize for lighting this release up though, they have added some nasty phat bass to what is otherwise quite a percussive record. This is definitely a record to get if that weird 80s tech sound thrills you.
