Reviews & Discussion:

You gotta say who the original cumbia artist was man... I just gotta hear the original!!!
This is one of the few records I've ever owned that has given me the creeps when I play it. It usually gets me some crazy looks from the crowd as well... I love the throaty, growly vocals and minimal vibe with crazy, fidgety twists...
Grungy, punk with an electric twist... this album was a great find at a record sale at DFML in Fountain Valley. The remake of "Cars" by Gary Numan is ridiculous and fun. Even they're own remix of "Beestung" is great, and in my opinion, better than the original.
I love this track, but even having a new copy, my 45 seems to be a really bad pressing... anyone else have this problem? Just curious. It sounds like someone reproduced it from a scratched CD.
This track is always a crowd pleaser and everyone sings along with the "Let Me Show You Lu-u-u-uv" sample. The creepy keyboard laced all over thumpin, nail-drivin bass, makes for a floor stompin good time.

One thing I've noticed is every copy I've come across seems to have a skip about the same spot, and I'm wondering if the batch that circulated around me had a flaw on the master, or if I'm just that lucky...
