Exile* - Pro Agonist - 06-Jan-09 12:53 AM
Its a milestone of Tim Shaws searching of his own drumnbass/jungle sound from the times he was being released on Moving Shadow label. Tell frankly - I dont expect nothing else from him after this: here in this album he gains together all that has done, and then shows all that he has achieved. Good work - bad work - this defininition doesnt suits to this work: in my opinion the album just exists and it will be always in my mind and heart. Thank you, Exile.

An absolutely outstanding hypnotising geniune work! Ive been listening to this record for all day, and every time I had to switch it off and I did it I had a burning will to turn it on again. I dont want to go deep into music analyzing of this record I want only say that the concept of the soundscape seemed very simple to me: while listening to this record you can have a feeling that kind of sound is very common to you and maybe it could be heared somewhere else: at some technological facilities or maybe it can remind you the planes high flights sound while being outdoor and etc, but with some kind of unique mystic taste! Marvellous work! Worth to check!
Dinky - Home On A Sunday - 08-Oct-07 09:46 PM
Its all about "Home On A Sunday" track.
While Im listening to this track it seems to me that while Dinky was producing it she couldnt decide in what style track must be produced: electro, minimal techno or even ambient with speech.
Anyway, was it that way or not, what we have at end?
Clever, innovative track, that worhty to be checked not only by the clubbers, but also all electronic music lovers.
Definitely, this release will do any collection of electronic music better...
