Orkidea - Beautiful - 28-Sep-07 11:45 AM
The Alt + F4 remix is one of their greatest Trance mixes yet. It has the blend of soothingness, happiness and some other feelings you just cant explain. The song has ups and downs but overall is an awesome release and a must in a Trance collectors collection. The lines "...Are you an angel? Never heard of angels before. Theyre the most beautiful creatures in the universe. You must be one, maybe you just dont know it.", seems to be the voice of Jake Lloyd and Natalie Portman, from the movie Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace.

Watergate - Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence (Heart Of Asia) - 25-Aug-06 08:14 AM
some of you might be wondering why this track would have a title "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence"... to lay it out straight... Heart Of Asia is just a club remake of the classical song entitled Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence originally by Ryuichi Sakamoto... well to speak of this release, this is probably the best record you could ever find with the tracks Heart Of Asia by Watergate because it includes the Chillout version done by Astro entitled the Astros Heavenly Remix, and it also includes the best Trance remixes. The Hemstock & Jennings remix and DJ Quicksilvers remixes are probably one of the finest remixes of the track Heart Of Asia. So if you ever get a chance to grab this release, be sure you do because its one beautiful piece. All I have left to say is thank you Ryuichi for giving us this wonderful song, Watergate couldnt have done it without you.

Calyx & Teebee - Cyclone / Follow The Leader - 26-Jun-06 12:20 PM
Well, the track "Follow The Leader" done here by Teebee & Calyx is a great DnB remake of Rakims Follow The Leader. It contains some vocal parts and some basslines from the Rakim version. Its just awesome how nicely of a remake it is of this one great song. For those who didnt notice, the Teebee & Calyxs Follow The Leader is featured as the Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition and Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Remixs theme song. A super awesome drum and bass track thats totally recommended for the DnB heads out there. All in all, I guess this record sould be worth your money other than if you paid a whole lot for it, but im sure just the Follow The Leader track is enough to keep you busy.

DJ Kambel - No More Jokin' - 02-Jun-06 04:03 PM
A very clean re-make of the House track entitled No More Turning Back originally by Gitta. Its quite awesome how great of a job Sy & Unknown did on this track by DJ Kambel. It contains the originally melody from the Gitta version but also has extra productions along with a set of faster and yet Happier Hardcore beat. This record released on the label Quosh is pretty darn nice even though it consists of the Sy & Unknown Remix and the Original Remix, but I still think it is quite recommended for those Happy Hardcore fans, and for those who dont know of Quosh, almost any song from it is awesome, especially the Limited Edition ones... but all in all you any of you get a chance to buy this record, make sure you do because this song is for sure to rock any club...

Various - Hardcore EP2 - 03-May-06 04:03 AM
A pretty nice set of Happy Hardcore songs... the only reason I bought this record was mainly for the 2nd track, Aluna - All of My Life (Breeze & Styles Remix), which is pretty darn awesome, the beginnings kinda cheezy but sorta in the middle it gets addicting with the vocals... on the other hand, the other songs are all ok, i also liked the Praga Khans Injected With A Poison Hixxy Remix which is nicer compared to the original... and the others one are kinda ehh not all that important, but I would still recommend you Happy Hardcore lovers to grab this to your collection...
