Little known underground sounds. Reggae tinged hardcore which mixes up a dirty driving baseline with penetrating female vocals flowing around uplifting drug fuelled sky reaching piano chords and reggae vocals. Hardcore will never die.

A Green Hallucinated Mushroom is a work of art. This track is deep, soothing, and strangely comforting because of the haunting undertones. I find myself drawn into the soundscape as it worms it’s way into my mind, trance-inducing ambience. I don’t know why people go for the other track’s as this is something else.

The track titled No.1 contains the clip "Whos is number one?" This sample of Patrick McGoohan was taken from the ultra weird series The Prisoner in which he stared as a British secret agent trapped in a place known only as The Village.

The record is typical of the label with 4 tracks of hard industrial techno. The track called Strength is just a looping sample.

Hyper-Sleep opens with Sigourney Weaver, who played Ripley in Aliens 1986, "You're going out there to destroy them, right? Not to study. Not to bring back. But to wipe them out". A brilliant and well produced tune.

Reprise, in my opinion is Blue Amazon's finest track. Starts off slow with "in time" & "let us pray" samples, breaks down, then lets loose into slightly funky trance. Quality indeed - LET US PRAY

Both tunes are quality, especially side A which is a speeded up tribe drum & bass remix of Pac-Man by Power-Pill(Aphex Twin). I bought my copy new from a French online record store, so it was distributed by stores as well as by hand.
