Reviews & Discussion:
No matter if you're a fan of Scooter or not, you must admit this is a really clever tool of the long about "apache" bootleg, using the famous western sample originally by Jerry Lordan. But the sampling doesnt just stop there. The Club Mix introduces with a movie thriller theme and the sample power goes on: Drum loop my Michael Jackson's Billie Jean (Or Atgoc - Repeated Love), Little loops everywhere: Oliver Klitzing - I Like That Beat, the famous 303 "Bow Bow" Q-Dance uses (Brain Ovulation), a "YEAHH" by AweX - It's Our Future, "Yes Master" taken from Star Wars.. the list goes on and on. Since i love mash ups, i really like this just for its kinda "proper bootleg" attitude.

CD3 (The UK contribution by DJ M-Zone's Crew) is again the most tempting on this release. A lot of remember stuff to check out, all in a new sound design, fast like the past - with a fresh, sometimes quite cheesy, but still funny, 2011 re-touch. Original tunes you'll remember are: Condor - Sky (New Mixx), Blue Alphabet - Cybertrance, Lunatic Asylum - Meltdown, Space - Magic Fly.. and so on
Serendipity (Mas Mix)
This is probably one of the greatest BXR Noise Maker Releases. DJ Arabesque aka Mario Piu delivers a really clever arranged, hi-q production, using a famous vocal sample from "M - Razzia". Similar to familiar releases like Mauro Picotto - Baguette, Karin De Ponti - Hypnobounce (Jasmin Mix) and Joy Kitikonti - Joyenergizer (Phisical Mix), the "Mas Mix" manages to impress everytime the tune kicks back in from the notch filterbank setup. The modulation delay stereo effects on the baseline, the tight arrangement with well chosen sounds and the huge 909 kickdrum are really the trademark of the best BXR tunes out there: 10/10

Surprising Kaycee remix! The production quality is top, all instruments sound perfect and the mixdown is excellent. There's a logical arrangement, so slowly -and surely- the evil original theme catches you with its dark 3 tone flavour (which is taken from Si-Fi classic movie "Dune"). Kaycee used an interesting tremolo (cut effect) on the female vocal which is quite original. Best part in the tune is the drop, when all instruments are being cut off, a female voice whispers "feel the music", all hooks are quickly filtered in and the tune drops. This version has been used in background on german TV to announce their highlights, such as "Armageddon" and "Millenium Bug". -Now that made sense in that perspective.
Firedance was originally a release by former Sven Väth producer Ralf Hildenbeutel (aka. Odyssee Of Noises). DJ Tibby, better known as dj Pulsedriver, produced a 1999 retouch and comparing his 2 versions, the "Pulsedriver remix" has the rather kicking sound and the slightly stronger feeling to it, while the club mix keeps the trance elements from the original. Possibly one of the best trance cover versions.
"Escape" is just a re-make of the 1993 classic "4 Voice - Eternal Spirit" and broke lose a row of ripp-off like trance covers using the recognizable long sweep-n-glide hookline from the original. "DJ Janis - Lovestruck", "DJ Jo vs. Tom-X - Eternal Spirit", "Franchino - 999", "Lightforce - Passion Lights The Way" to name but a few. KayCee's Escape made it to the most recognized club hit because of the way its produced and arranged. The eternal spirit lives on ;-)
One of the real classics by Ralph Fridge outside his legendary Komakino project. Paradise is produced in much lower BPM than the komakino tunes such as "Outface". The main riff is based on Vangelis' love theme from the score to 80's science fiction movie Blade Runner, and is called "Rachel's Song". The vocal just suits perfectly to the overall arrangement and the main riff. P.s. Take a listen to "Angel" where he used another part of the same vangelis song. Both are lovely and wicked trance records, big vibes!!
Dutch "real hardstyle" label founded by DJ Luna in 2008! Its unique style is actually combining upliftig hookline synth-melodies with extremely distorted hardcore like hardstyle arrangements and known lyrical elements. Outstanding fresh material from dutch producers "Kold Konexion", "Crypsis" and "Chain Reaction". If you liked tunes on NEXT CHAPTER (Straight On collective) or latest DJ ACTIVATOR tunes (Icon etc) you should definitely watch out for this stuff!
