Some years ago, an internet tv channel crew followed DJ Jean for an entire night. During this night, Jean was interviewed once when he had already had a few drinks, so he was fucking with the interviewer (I don't know how else to say it). From this interview, in which some people may say, he sounds quite arrogant, the producer(s) of this record has (/have) sampled the vocals.
The track is a jumpstyle track that uses the melody from DJ Jean's 'The Launch', along with a self-written melody. If you listen to the B side (which is without vocals) you'll notice that the track itself is nothing special. It's just that if you've seen the interview and you know what it's all about, this track becomes quite funny because of the vocals in it.
