Mmm, this melts my mind...
Not sure if its supposed to be spun at 33 or 45, sounds great at both. I prefer Hotknives at 33 and Rouge at 45. Both sound like what you would expect from Casino vs. Japan, rich layers of sound with intermingling soft synthy melodies. Definitely more laid back then Go Hawaii or Whole Numbers Play The Basics. This is a great trip.

The Posthuman track is pretty interesting. It is designed so that it can be played at 33 rpm and 45 rpm, resulting in two tracks with a similar sound but different style. In any case, it’s quite a good track at either speed.

Key Nell is without a doubt one of Autechre/Gescoms best releases. It is interesting to note the similarities of some of Autechres releases with Key Nell, particularly Cichli off of Chiastic Slide and Second Scape off of Anvil Vapre. To my ear, Second Scape starts off almost exactly the same as Autechres Key Nell remix on Gescoms This.
