Profile: Proper Old Skool NuTtEr, Lives For Choonz, in 2004 after letting the last of my 20 years worth of vinyls be sold off (the bulk of them vinyls being old skool breakbeat, hardcore, jungle, rave & techno, the rest being 80's & 90's electro, club classics, house, 1996 onwards being dnb, hardhouse, trance & hardtrance), i have got myself back on track & i am slowly but surely trying to rebuild my beloved collection, i will get there again 1 day, it could take some serious doing as i used to have over 20,000 vinyls if all added together over the years !!, i will probably never have as many again, but i will have a damn good go at having a collection to be proud of :), ## i got old sklool runnin thru my veinz ##
## IMPORTANT - MY WANTS LIST IS FOR MY OWN USE TO HELP ME REMEMBER WOT I WANT, PLEASE DON'T SEND MESSAGES THAT YOU HAVE CHOONZ FOR ME, UNLESS YOU HAVE SEVERAL IN MY WANTS LIST @ REASONABLE PRICES ! (NO EBAY, I ONLY BUY FROM DISCOGS, I DON'T HAVE EBAY ACCOUNT YET), REBUILDING MY COLLECTION IS GONNA TAKE A VERY LONG TIME & A HELL OF A LOT OF MONEY, I'M ON A MASSIVE MISSION & I WILL STICK AT IT , THANKS ##
### RESPECT TO & LONG LIVE OLD SKOOL ###

Nutter, The (2) - The Nutter - 22-Jul-09 01:54 AM
Are you ready, can you hear me, are you listening, are you listening, can you hear me, are you ready, now move your body, oh my gosh, what a intro to a tune, absolutely manic to say the least, kicks straight into a techno loop with a nice low bassline, then into a more heavy bassline with more techno stabs & synths, crowds going mental & blowing their whistles in the background (superb effect), rush coming on, rush coming on now, rush coming on right now ... come on, just brilliant, I 1st heard this played at our little hardcore club in derby called the low club, & went out next day & ordered a copy, one of my all time favourites from this breakbeat hardcore jungle techno era , hence my username, after slowly selling all my vinyls over the years i was lucky enough to get a copy back for £12 from a music site on the internet, if you see a copy snap it up, you seriously won't regret it, it's a rare wax & well worth a lot more than £12. outstanding piece of breakbeat hardcore techno history. enough said.
Tango And Ratty* - Tales From The Darkside (Remix) - 22-Jul-09 01:04 AM
Wot an outstanding piece of wax this is, from the very start this 3 tracker has got it all, awesome stuff indeed, all 3 tracks are as dark as a night in hell to put it simply, each track is guaranteed to take ya brain to anuther dimension & have any old skool set absolutely rockin, if you are looking for that hard breakbeat from mid to late '92 & into '93, you have found it here, along with the dark ruff rolling basslines & plenty of amazing little drum, piano, synth, techno loops n stabs, all wrapped up nicely to give the ultimate breakbeat hardcore jungle tekno sound, hard to say what track is best as all 3 are stormers, if u r old skool , this is simply a must have vinyl, CLASSIC :)), hope ya get my meaning as im not to good as writing reviews , but like to have a dabble :).
B-Free - B-Free E.P. - 15-Jul-09 12:16 AM
Well wot can i say peeps, the stats on this superb ep seriously are below what i would have expected, without a doubt this ep should be up there with the best of them like > daminoe ep, economix ep, 2 slices of jam, 4 u 2 b in xtc ep, etc.., because i believe & i've got a feeling are just 2 of the finest tracks i have heard from '92 by far, they both have awesome breakbeat basslines that will blow anyones head clean off & with the techno stabbs & piano riffs added i am just in choon heaven :)), the other 2 tracks are also in my mind superb choons & should not be overlooked by any means, this ep is just one of 100's i used to have many moons ago & i will no doubt eventually get a copy back again 1 day
Noise Factory - The Capsule EP - 28-May-09 05:53 AM
What can i say, im not too good at writing reviews, but feel that i just must give this ep a mention, well 1 track in particular really really stands out, it was absolutely hammered back in 92 by all the biggest dj names out there to date, ''survival'' has got to be 1 of the biggest tracks released in 1992, amazing uplifting vocals, with a ruff rolling bassline, enuff to make anybody say ''fuckin ellllllllll'', breakbeat hardcore / jungle at its very finest without a doubt 20 out of 10 from me :)).
Rhythm For Reasons - A Statement Of Rhythms E.P. - 22-Apr-08 06:47 AM
To confirm any queries about where the sweet memories vocals came from on the sweet memories track, Mary J blige did a song called My Love, this is where the sweet memories vocals came from, it's a sweet uplifting vocal sample well worthy of being sampled, the original song is a rnb / soul classic, this can be found on :- label = MCA / Uptown, catalogue number = UPT 10681, produced in 1992. I hope this helps people out.
