Various - Jetlag: Futuristic Sound Engine - 30-Dec-07 03:28 PM
This is one of the best compilation of 2002 and still of the finest of 3D Vision history. There are several tracks that passed the test of time and sound great even today, something not common for the Full On genre. From the opening track (one of Nomad's best), to the fantastic No Rush (superb bass, aggressive climax) and CPU's first journey in his metallic Psy. Best track though is Talamasca's 3 Smoking Gorillas, aggressive, hard and totally melodic.
It's a highly recommended compilation from the french label.

This was an interesting compilation back in 2002, although not one of the 3D Vision's best. Many of the tracks sound out-of-dated today and end up boring. Still, Gravitation Or Distortion and Pulse have this amazing old Absolum destructive bassline, Color Drops and Logic Bomb deliver good tracks and the melodic line of Mumbo Jumbo track still sounds awesome. Last track by Jaia sounds weak compared to both his old and present tracks.
Worth checking for some hard full on moments.
Various - 3D Story - 30-Dec-07 03:10 PM
This is one of the best way to discover 3D Vision label. Although several classic tracks are missing and some of the existing tracks are a bit hit 'n' miss, there are several killers to keep you interesting. You can find both old school excellent tracks like the Talamasca ones, Elixir's amazing Furious and a superb track by Absolum (Wizzi Wizzy). Newer tracks are good, expecially Dark City, probably the best track Wizzy Noise ever made. Plus the fancy digipack.
