Atoms Family - Atoms Family Archives Vol. 2 - 05-May-08 10:40 PM
This collection of old/unreleased material was compiled and released by Cryptic One in 2005. It was exclusively sold at shows and on the Centrifugal Phorce website. However, the CP site went down in early 2007 making hard copies of Atoms Archives 2, the Crypstramental series, and a remix project by Cryptic called 'The Blender' extremely rare.
Archives Vol 2 is a strong compilation home to exclusive classics such as the original version of Streetlamp Confessions, High On Life, Small Violins, and Overdose. Lemmie Atom and Digital Doomsday are also previously unreleased joints that need to be in all Atoms heads' collections.
Despite the rarity of this particular release, you can find some of these songs on other various projects.
-Apology (Vast Aire - The Way Of The Fist Vol. 4 "Rap Warz")
-32 Perspectives (Various - Angels and Insects)
-Dreams (Shrug - Shrubs)
-Names For 200$ (Various - Aberfoyle Springs Compilation Volume 2)
-Mata Hari (Abstrackt Keal Agram - Cluster Ville)
-Small Violins (Various - Insideout Vol. 1 "A Fool Blown Compilation") ..This one is just as rare though.
In addition to those, the French label Gooom released remixes of Streetlamp Confessions, High On Life, and Mata Hari on Gooom Tracks Volume Two and Keal Agram's Bad Thriller.
