Pandemonium (4) - Boris Boris - 24-Mar-04 11:35 AM
All the trax were produced by Acardipane & Siggi Blasey.

They sold only few copies from this ep. Because of this, the whole PCP crew one day threw a container full of all the copies left, making it really scarce nowadays, unless some guy witnessed their action and came back at night to take them all, keeping in mind to sell them years later...

...but that's very VERY unlikely.

Mescalinum United - We Have Arrived (Remixes By Aphex Twin & The Mover) - 22-Mar-04 02:12 PM
Mr. Richard D. James delivers 2 extreme sounding remixes on this purple labelled piece of vinyl, which is reminiscent for his sound during that time (+/- 1992). A shame really that the Aphex and The Mover never collaborated after this release to deliver more of where this came from. Something i'll never see happening ever, unfortunately!

Most people know the B1 track as "We Have Arrived (The 2nd Coming", but this is entirely wrong. I always wondered how people came up with this info. The B2 track is a remix from The Mover. The 2nd Coming is a totaly different track by Mescalinum United.

Mescalinum United - Symphonies Of Steel Part 3 - 19-Mar-04 04:14 PM
Indeed the final release on the PCP mainlabel and not just some one. No, this is the extreme space sound. Sick ambient on a harsh speeding beat. The record is called Symphonies Of Steel Part 3, but the track here is called "Live In Brixton". After hearing this tune, i don't want to go into Brixton, that's for sure.

Various - Uncivilized - 27-Jan-04 04:00 AM
Excellent release from the Uncivilized crew. 4 mixcd's + a dvd. Packed together in a plastic folded display.
The dvd contains an odd concert. The story behind it was to make a 30 minute track, created by Manu Le Malin & Torgull, the National Orchestre de Montpellier and René Koering.
Imagine a piano, violins, .... + Manu & Torgull tweaking their equipment. Something out of the ordinary, but very very nice. Check for yourself!

Phuture Project, The - Light Bringer (Escape From 2017) - 02-Jan-04 02:09 PM
Here Mescalinum United, Planet Phuture, The Mover & Freez-E-Style did a collaboration, which resulted into "Escape From 2017 (The Theme)".
Once the needle drops down, the atmosphere grabs you within a second. This is no ordinary music. These are the sounds which reflect the world after a nuclear downfall. Imagine you are seeing this world. You like what you see?
If your answer is yes, then carry on listening.
Evil machinery marching on the planet, this is the year 2017. The human race destroyed by themselves.
Machines taking over, this is what you see, but one can escape from 2017. Listen for yourself to find out.
Only 13 years till breakdown, are you ready?
