This track uses that famous 'bouncing' sample from the track track "Poing", by Rotterdam Termination Source (1992).
It's style is called 'Belgium Jump', somewhere between Trance and Newstyle (and Newstyle is again a slower version of Harcore).
It was verry populair in the Belgium clubs, in the period 1998 - 1999.
