There are probably lots of people who have problems with the way Holden is developing his music further into progressive. But whether you're into minimal & progressive or still hoping for the Horizon/Nothing times to come back, there should be no doubt that the quality of the tracks on this album is extremely high. He trully is a master in creating music. Whatever style-genre it may be..

Well, I really think this is a worthy release.
"Wooo" is a bit far-fetched in my opinion, I don't see any Dj playing this in his set any soon. Or it just isnt my style of music..

Yet I think he was aiming at different styles, while Fanfares has this more acid-sound in it, I find Candy to be alot more electro (with a awesome distorted tune in it).

Great vinyl that I would describe as groovy-electro with a soft, more classical/trance, break.
Also a really nice seven eleven mix.

Really a perfect chill-out track.

The song is old and really not that good, so I don't know why they still tried to bring it back with these relative unknown "remixers".

The acapella is useless, I mean, who is gonna use it in their set now these days..
The mister fuck on cocain remis; I don't get it..is this supposed to be a new remix or just the original from yoeri.
The hardstyle remix is just awfull, I think, and lacks quality, but thats maybe because I just don't like hardcore or hardstyle too much.
Yet the "Gio & Qivon" & "Electro Kid" remixes are pretty good. I really like the break and "trance part" in the "Gio & Qivons remix"

Conclusion; nice try but no cigar. I give it a 3,5/5, but only for the two last remixes mentioned.
