Patrick Chardronnet - Eve By Day - 27-Mar-06 04:56 AM
The first release on Connaisseur is produced by Poker Flat and Raum…Musik hero Patrick Chardronnet and features three completely different and highly sophisticated tracks: Eve By Day is a deep and emotional journey. Warm and soulful sounds build up this track until after a long break the beat will seriously kick ass on each and every dancefloor around the world. Tricky is a perfectly arranged jackin’ Minimal track. The fusion of weird sample work and jazzy harmonics makes this track a must have for lovers of Karat Records or Circus Company. Tendencies is something for the loony heads. A crazy electro tune with squirrelly sub-basses and crackbrained sounds.

General Jak - Seniorita Nicotina - 27-Mar-06 04:53 AM
Former Fischerspooner DJ, DJ Unknown and New York based producer General Jak release their first 12" together on RAD23. The duo set the wax on fire with a dirty, sexy acid house grinder, capturing the spirit of the early Chicago and Manchester acid sound perfectly and updated with modern production values. With guest vocals from Sachiko - Kun, Seniorita Nicotina is already becoming a secret weapon among the worlds top jocks.
Twister - Metamorphosis Of Narcotics - The Final Remixes - 27-Mar-06 04:53 AM
More excellent takes on the classic from Twisters "Metamorphosis of Narcotics". Side A features Selways anthem mix, which has seen a small release but due to overwhelming demand has found its way to wax once again. Paul reworks things into a mega breakbeat fueled stomper on his remix, which has been getting heavy rotation on Radio 1 in the UK thanks to Annie Nightingale. US sites are calling this the "Breaks anthem of 2005"!
Jambi - Changing States E.P. - 24-Aug-05 11:07 AM
Jambi’s changing states ep was written between his move from the US to Berlin, where he now holds shop with some top movers and shakers including Jay Haze & the Minus crew, applying his mastering skills. With that in mind this ep blends the best of both worlds… Deep Detroit style techno with that early morning Berlin aesthetic.
2 Rare People - Time - 15-Aug-05 06:17 AM
Time is the first track produced by 2 RARE PEOPLE and originally debuted in the summer of 2002 on Dpress Industries.
This single includes 3 new versions, starting with a mix by Pascal Feos that falls somewhere between the minimal-tech house of Matthew Johnson and the potent click house of Ricardo Villalobos, yet always with the Tech house groove that has become FEOSsignature.
The second track is a remix by MARK BROOM, who delivers a potent techno groove with a powerful bassline and a distinctive melody.
To finish things off, 2 RARE PEOPLE remix themselves in an excercise in danceable Detroit Electro.
