Placebo - Song To Say Goodbye - 13-Jun-07 07:33 PM
Placebo's standout single from the album "Meds". I found this release a major standout for all Placebo singles, i just found this record at a local cd store and i must say i'm very lucky to have it.

I just want to comment on the track: "36 Degrees 2005". This new version of the track is of very high quality, i must say that i didn't liked the track of the original version, but this vocals from singer Brian Molko are just Brilliant.

Pure quality remixes are also found on this cd-maxi. Ladytron is known to make electro and this fits perfectly to the track "Because I Want You", not to mention the other remix of the same track that is rocking electronic music. Highly recommended for all Placebo fans and electronic music lovers.

Extrawelt - Soopertrack / Zu Fuss - 05-Jun-05 11:42 PM
I get really tuned up to this release just because of the track "Zu Fuss", this is exactly what could expected from this side project of Midi miliz, Arne and Wayan the creators of this melancholic masterpiece delivers this special track with undecifrable vocals, wich i really like and this is perfect for me as i like deep dark emotional music, this won't work on dj sets as it's very melancholic and people don't like this, although "Soopertrack" is perfect for dj sets.

Mark: 9/10 just for "Zu Fuss", i would buy it if it were on cd single just for the track and the remix of it.

Midi Miliz - Non Standards - 26-May-05 08:55 AM
I started listening Midimiliz since year 2000, and i must say that they have evolved a lot since then, they are used to make the most Darkest psy-techno stuff around, no one can get to their level in this genre, they are the masters, the GODS. "Non Standards" is what i call real EVOLUTION on their carreer, not to mention the label from wich they have released this album. In 2004 they changed style radically with tracks like "The Secret Dynasty", "Cyclic Structure" and "Irreflexive".

Now i really have to say that this album grows on my ears and mind perfectly, i always love dark trips and this is one of the best! With this album i feel like i'm in a forest without a single light and i'm running from something, a beast perhaps, or a ghost, but it's just perfect.

Best tracks: 1. Dos Canones, 4. The Invisible Witness, 7. Speaker Sneaker!!, 10. Psychomachine (Midi Miliz' Punked Remix) < What a dark trip!

MARK: 10/10

Noosphere - Aqua - 19-May-05 05:06 AM
I just need to say this album has one of the best tracks in dark progressive history, it's #10 "Captain Proton", back then in 2002 this was an amazing new sound delivered by Noosphere, that showed similar sound to X-Dream, Planet BEN and Midimiliz, this is a pure gem, and now this record has become impossible to find.

If you like good electronic music this must be in your collection, Spirit Zone will never release something equal to this anymore, the label specializes in good progressive trance music. But that's over now in 2005, so that's why i love this album and that special track for my ears.

Rating: 9/10 Standout: #10 "Captain Proton"

Various - FX - 09-May-05 01:33 PM
I bought this compilation for a very special track, a classic in the progressive history and i'm talking about track 1 "The Peter Pan Syndrome by Jaïa", this has been one of my favorite tunes from this band, i really like this style Jaïa is making lately, in the past they used to make Goa but now this style simply rocks! The guy behind this project is Yannis Kamarinos from France and i really like this new direction on his music. This is a very good compilation indeed, not just Jaïa deserves a place but the entire quality compilation that would be great for a summer party on the beach, just make sure you play it in daytime. 10/10
