D. Ramirez version of "Yeah Yeah" couldnt have been played more often, which is rather surprising for me: The track deserves an award for being one of the most annoying songs in 2006! The slightly distorted melody-loop manages it easily to become a pain in the ass, if you have to listen to it for too long at once - as the whole track repeats itself the whole time, this might happen quite soon. Unfortunately, there isnt anything else to pay attention to, as the whole track is rather dull - a perfect example for the lack of ideas in the oh-so-great-Electrohouse scene.
Meanwhile, Kris Menaces version can entertain more, with its simple but nice breakbeat, chirping and slight acid-related effects, and also seems to contain some 80ies-influences, which make the track quite interesting.
The Electro Club Vocal is probably the most underrated track on this record, which shouldnt be the case: With its Hiphouse-vocals and a similar breakbeat as used in Kris Menaces remix, the song gets almost an oldscool-touch and is a lot of fun.
