OceanLab - Satellite (Remixes) Jul 09, 2004 (edited over 5 years ago)
The Floris De Haan remix was the winner of a remix competition that Oceanlab (Above & Beyond) held on their website and radio show. The Alx Adden's Flipside remix finished in 3rd place.
Sonorous - Protonic Apr 28, 2004
One of the best vocal samples ever used in a song. While the vocals seem to be singing something in another language, they actual sing "New Life Forever" backwards! Quite amazing and ingeneous!
Apart from the fantastic vocals both songs are great. Definately one of the best Euphonic releases to date.
For me this is a fantastic release, both tunes are exceptional. Choose Freedom is a storming progressive trancer, with a great buildup, and then an equally impressive melody kicks in that carries the tune to its end. Microcosmos is equally as good, although seems to be much more in the style of MIKE. It's a banging combination of synths and effects that will get any crowd going. A must have release for any L-Vee or MIKE fans.
This is probably one of my favourite releases onost Language. The Fictivision vs C-quence remix just makes you want to sit back & relax, such a peaceful upliftiing melody. The Leama & Moor remix is progressive trance at its finest. The mix is basically a blissful 7 minute buildup until that fantastic melody kicks in. Another great song to sit back and relax to.
