Paris & Sharp - Aphrodite - 20-Aug-06 08:58 AM
The A-side features one of my favourite progressive tracks ever. A deep DEEP trance track with a huge mystical atmosphere. Just check out those perfectly fitted vocals at the breakdown and not to mention the massive main melody. Goosebump material, no doubt!

Khetzal - Corolle - 17-Apr-06 05:44 PM
I cant help but notice how much this one reminds me of "Ra - To Sirius". The similarities are many but theyre quite different at the same time... "To Sirius" had a more massive spacey vibe while Corolle has a more eastern/organic touch to it. Ras album is one of my favourites and I must say Corolle is not far behind.
From the lovely intro track "Listening Winds" to the full-blown goa stormer of "Ganesha Pramana" this was one of the most fresh surprises of 2005, without a doubt. Highlights:
Listening Winds - What a great way to start of this album, this one truly sets the mood.
Ganesha Pramana - 160BPM straight out of goa and with an epic EPIC melody! Reminds of the huge melodies of Rezwalker (the Live mix) and Lepton Head (the Deedrah remix). Mind blowing track, maybe a little too short...
Indian Attic - Best track of the album. Wonderful hypnotic sounds floating back and forth all the time, it never gets boring. And when those melodies at 6:05 start all you can do is close your eyes, mmmm. Amazing!!

S.U.N. Project - Macrophage - 18-Jan-06 01:33 PM
An interesting note for this release is that my favourite tracks 1,4 and 8 were all produced by Matthias Rumöller himself (the other tracks were produced by Menichelli and McCoy).
Space Dwarfs and I Feel are two awesome tracks packed with a lot of twists and turns and a huge amount of goa energy. Guaranteed to stir things up on the dance floor. Dont miss the incredibly intense build up of I Feel followed by this amazing climax! The other stuff by McCoy and Menichelli arent really to my liking, heavy pounding beats and guitar rifs..
Yes guitars, youll probably either love em or hate em. And even though Im not that fond of them but I must admit that Dance of the Witches is a very good track.

Various - SWIV 3D - 07-Jan-06 10:32 PM
"Night Flight Through Babylon" definately makes this one worth tracking down but dont get overly excited about it! Its basically a remix of Infernal Machines Loin King, but nevertheless a very good track. Much better than the original in my opinion.

Planet B.E.N. - Trippy Future Garden - 05-Sep-05 03:40 PM
Probably one of the best releases from the so called goa era. Welcome To The Future and Ant Invasion are pure perfection, extremely psychedelic! The last track is a loooong trippy space journey with an incredible final climax: Dreamy melodies floating on and off before the final explosion hits you, I cant even describe this in words. You simply have to listen to it!
