Perry O'Neil - 15-Nov-06 11:19 PM
Perry O' Neil is the rising star at Armada, the record company that aims high with Perry. Armada heard O' Neil's first productions in the beginning of 2003 and signed the first tunes a couple of months later to the record division. David Lewis, partner in Armada, got caught by the unique sound in both Perry's productions and DJ sets so he wanted to work with him as a DJ as well. Perry is now the A man at Electronic Elements (sub label of Armada) and several of his tracks already have been played by DJ's like Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Markus Schulz, Matt Hardwick and Ben Lost.

Age Of Love - Vamp / The Age Of Love (Tony De Vit Remixes) - 15-Nov-06 07:02 PM
The only part of the tony de vit remix of age of love taken from the original record was the vocals. This was because tony de vit & paul janes didnt have permission to do the remix, (hence no offical release)and the vocal was the only clear sample they could get.
Mark Flash - Soul Power EP - 17-Oct-06 10:08 PM
I first heard Soul Power (mike monday avec piano mix) on the Faithless Renaissance cd and as soon as i heard it i knew i had to own it. An amazing record with a thundering deep bass line and strings that stay high and light. Even though is contains one of the strangest vocal sample youve ever heard, i will be playing this for a long time!
Electronic Elements - 17-Oct-06 08:29 PM
Electronic Elements is the best progressive trance label out at this moment. Most of the tunes released by this label are sheer masterpeices. Ive been a fan from the beginning and it amazes me how they have kept the the standard of records they release so high. This label is starting to become a major force and with Perry o'neil as their A man, i think the future looks bright for Electronic Elements.
Human Evolution - Glide Slope / Return To Gaia - 21-Jul-06 09:05 AM
RETURN TO GAIA - In my opinion this is the best work Human Evolution have done up to now (20/07/2006). Ive had this record since its release, and never tire of playing it.
To be honest at in the first minute or so of the record, it doesnt sound impressive at all. I think the bass line is a tad too heavy, it has a thick, dull sort of start to it. But when the breakdown hits, it feels light and and fresh, and the combination of the two in the main part of the record compliment each other perfectly.
This records contains one of the best breakdowns ive ever heard, and has a touch of goa trance about it, sort of dreamy sort of record. Try and have a listen to this record and will see what im trying to get at.
