Profile: Record collector / lousy but optimisic DJ now based in Melbourne but originally from England. Big fan of early house and techno. Pretty solid hardcore collection (mainly 89-91) from my raving days. Went off the "big raves" when it got a bit too glowsticky and descended into free raves (Spiral Tribe and Exodus) and then London squat parties. At the clubs I liked artists such as Dave Clarke, Jeff Mills and Green Velvet but nowadays I have softened a tad although still prone to abusing the speakers in the early morning.
If there are any volunteers I have some obscure tunes to be id'd..89-90 era..annoying me for years.

Various - Acid House Volume One Jul 28, 2005 (edited over 4 years ago)
I am unaware if Acid Bitch can be found on any other vinyl and it is a shame as the sound quality is poor. One of my all time acid house favourites too...I still remember the look on my mums face when she heard this blaring out from my bedroom all those years ago. Went down about as well as "Where's Your Child" or Sleezy D's "I've Lost Control" as I remember.
Mono Junk / Detroit Diesel - Auto Acid EP Mar 03, 2005 (edited over 4 years ago)
Fu - Dimension is one of my all time fave techno tracks...if you like your 303's this is the tune to own. First heard in 1994 on one of Dave Clarkes essential mixes..although annoyingly not mentioned on the track listings (for the spotters its immediately before the excellent Sulfurex - Point Break). By far the best thing I have from Kim Rapatti and hugely recommended. If you like this you will also love the nigh on impossible to find Vauvenage - Flange Stereo.
