After some awesome releases on HCCB (Hardcore Crossbreed Records) which is his own label, Aaron Rungeling aka The Enticer is back with a new EP on the french Hardcore, Speedcore and Industrial label managed by Neokoros: B2K (Born To Kick). Eleventh tune of the label, this record claims a choosy music full of diversified atmospheres.
A1. "There is no Future" sounds like a mix with acid breakcore, hardcore and speedcore. This is a smooth track that calls up some previous sounds on HCCB. A2. "An Empty Feeling" shows how The Enticer draws a glum and hitting track. The serious melody and the unsmiling kick drum remembers the dancefloor that hardcore is sober with this Producer. B1. "For All The Wrong Reasons" (Absent Matrimony). Easy to play, this track rises the 160 bpm and claims an acid hardcore that keeps your mind blowing ! B2. "Jewelz & Diamondz" is an amazing track with ragga-hardcore influence. Finally, B2K could be proud of it, The Enticer signed a good release on this french label which can also be proud of hitself regarding the french productions nowadays :D
After the huge hit "Fistortion" on the previous EP from Lethal Insanity 666, the italian turntablist, Dj and producer comes back with his own style that keeps the dancefloor away from any mainstream we are accustomed in the dutch scene nowadays. Leader in the devastating mid-tempo and savage kick, Francesco Lapicca aka Unexist knows how to make the party harder.
A-side. "Liberate" explains how to play "Russian Roulette". This is a strong track rising about 160 bpm that crushes the dancefloor : the freeway song ! B1. "Lias" rises also 160 bpm, industrial track but not essential on this 12". "Malevolent" on B2 (featuring DT6) reminds the dancefloor the origin of Unexist : metal music. This a true poem dedicated to the electric gods !
After his first release in 2003 on "This Is Terror", sublabel from Rige entertainment, Dj Dione aka E-Noid aka SRB (Solid Rocket Boosters) strikes again with this new 12" on the dutch Terror and Industrial label. The famous producer leaves for a while the gabber music on DNA tracks to involve himself again in this sound more particular, tough and faster in the hardcore scene. The title of the album could be understood thanks to the war atmosphere created by clear drums and battle sounds.
The sixth number of T.I.T rises about 160 to 220 bpm, almost like the other tunes from the label. Six tracks and a remix of "Oh God" (Megarave records), which will amaze you and confirm Dione's work in the Terror Movement.
After some releases on labels like Otaku or Black Monolith Records, the Outside Agency aka Eye-D & Dj Hidden proudly present the first EP on Genosha Recordings, their own label founded in 2003.
This mid-tempo hardcore 12” which rises the 160 bpm is really cool and confirm the role of the Outside Agency in this Hardcore slow branch , like producers as Armageddon Project or Stormtrooper. Info side run by Eye-D is a strong part. “Dark Serenity” is a glum track containing low sirens sounds that give the track a great atmosphere. A2 is unique: a jerky rhythmic surrounded by a serious synthline...amazing ! The label side produced by Dj Hidden contains two linear tracks that sound with assurance and efficiency. Huge rave sounds and melody that produce an awesome climax...
Another absolute radical and sinister doomcore album from the Fifth Era crew. Perhaps one of the most awesome release bring out by the famous Londoner underground label. New four stomping tracks on this 12” which all fans can’t have missed.
A1 features Rave Reprisal in a track which tempo sounds more techno but also contains a very special gloomy high-pitched. A2 is a versus between F.E and Darkside. A little more dancefloor than the previous one, this track takes you to the beyond thanks to an hypnotic synthe. B1. A solemnity atmosphere created by the two down-tempo British Hardcore Producers : Fifth Era and Crossbones, featuring Face Hoover. B2. Damned ! This one is my favorite. A quality kick drum, the melanchloy of the bell in the depths and this awesome dark melody make the remix of “Five Minutes After The Pill” a hit in doomcore scene these years. Finally, this release is real deep doomcore, not any dark-gabber from the early 2000’s. Pessimism is the main word to resume this great UK album. | ||||
A1. "Hardcore Basic" from the famous Dr Macabre is a gnawing track within melody. A mid tempo hardcore track that will captivates the dancefloor and industrial music addicts. Unsophisticated but effective, the short siren song makes me think about the galactic tones of a famous dutch label.
A2. "Virtual Machines" from Murmure is totally different, this is a nervous track with dark atmosphere. This is a nervous breakdown music ! I like to play it...
B1. "Scorpio's Stinger" from my favourite French hardcore artist Chaosbringer is another minimal industrial heavy track. Incredible atmosphere, this is the french touch !
B2. "Exscreo" from the French Hardcore queen Ybrid is another strong track from West of France. Fast and dancefloor, spectral chorus and violent synthe, as usual, Ybrid rocks !
