Porn Headquarters, The - Our Business EP

It's absolutely amazing how "soft pleasure" has gained so little attention. The baslline, the jazzy synth, atmosphaerics, composition overall is simply outstanding. To me this is how good progressive must sound like. It's intresting how this track has only landed in one compilation only. Truly a hidden gem! Check it out!!! Soft pleasure, soft pleasure, soft pleasure, soft pleasure, soft pleasure, soft pleasure , soft pleasure, soft pleasure, soft pleasure, soft pleasure, soft pleasure, soft pleasure(writing to get the "minimum words condition" full LOL)
Timewriter, The - Paintbox

I'm very sorry, but I have to disagree with previous comment. Beeing quite familiar with Mr Cochois'es production, I have to say that this is by far the biggest dissappointment in his creation. I was stunned then I expected something like Diary, which is one of the greatest ablums of genre to me...Instead I discovered an album compiled in rush and with hammy tracks. Only few moments here, "Love is Beautiful" and "Love trap". Happily his next work, Soulstickers is more like Timewriter I know, but not quite at the same level as Diary...
Joey Negro - Nite:Life 08

I concider myself a little bit of fan of nrk Nite Life series. I actually have 13 mixes out of existing 17. At this point I must say that Nite Life 8 is my absolute favourite. Deep, jazzy, disco house at it's best and Mr. Negros mixing skills are just fabulous. Don't get me wrong, other mixes from other artists are also very good. Nite life mixes are always interesting to listen to, they represent such a various dj's, everyone has his own mixing style and taste of music. That is why the series will never become boring. But if you wish to buy or make a copy of just one disc from Nrk-s nite-life series, I would recommend this one here! | ||||
