Terms and Conditions
Cachet:
Rules the relatioship between bpm recordstore and the customer. Subject to possible alterations. Status Quo January 2009.
Inception of the policy:
By ordering items from our Mailorder Catalogue1, the Terms and Conditions are implied.
This agreement is concluded on receipt of the ordered items. Exeptions see return shipments.
Prices:
All Prices are given in CHF (Swiss Franks) or Euro including VAT.
Restitution of VAT is not possible!
Prices do not include neither shipping, insurance2, custom packagings2; nor banc fees.
Paypal Payments were converted with daily exchange rates in Euro3.

Shipment only against prepayment (Banc, Paypal).
Customer pays EFT4 banc fees.

and this is devinitively one of them.
Owen manages it great to combine breakbeats, ambient sounds, and experimental noises into a chilly lot.

Whether it is "Freeze Up", which explores the interesting fusion of "Breakcore'n'Roll" by using RnR samples, punk-like vocals and driving breakbeats or "The Skinhead Broke My Telephone" with trumpet dominated punk/folk samples, overdriven vocals and bassdrum - this is what punk music of our days is really about!
