Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes

Quite simply THE best trance tune from the latest upcoming batch of thoroughbreds trance producers.
The original could and well should of been capable of standing by itself, but then Daniel Kandi got his hands on it and his remix on the flip is nothing short of a master piece. It takes the original and slaps you right in the face. Tight synths, rythmic melodys, strucured drops and mix areas are cleverly included to allow it to fit tightly into any mix. Additional samples and producion are faultless as you would expect from an anjuna release. Don't let the pink sleeve put you off, this tune was caned for months before Joe Public could even dream of touching it, if you only buy 1 trance record ever, make sure its this one!!

This 12" contains 18 minutes of sheer trance pleasure.
Both sides are progressive, but Nickson mix has been tightly engineered as would be expected and cleverly alterates from a original which could have comfortably stood on its own. Nicksons remix shades it for me as its a little more dancefloor friendler (IMO) than the original. The remix incorperates several eclectic breakdowns which work in harmony with the tune rather than cause a loss of momentum and he also makes effective use of a subtle vocal which adds another dimension. As you would come to expect from Anjuna, another flawless release, this tune can stand the test of time and should be a fixture in any collection. Canned in 2004 by just about everyone and anyone, this 12" will continue to be played and remembered for many years to come, a true classic in my eyes.
Dr. Who

One of early hardcores most wanted personas, Mr Dougal's release of "Love Of My Life" through his alias 'Dr Who' on the first bonkers release in 1996 had adolescents and ravers alike begging for more with the tunes enchanting melody, spine tingling breakdown and catchy lyrics.
A sacred official 12" release was never made although unofficial releases have been made, which today still remain one of the most sought after hardcore tracks ever produced. Canned by just about every hardcore dj from 1996 onwards, this is a must have for any self respecting hardcore collector and so unfortunatly for those lucky enough to find a copy for sale, the price refelects!! | ||||
Droppped by above and beyond to a pumping ministry of sound during the anjunabeats vol 6 launch party in october 2008, the dynaglide mix, had every single clubber on the floor dancing with their hands in the air chanting along, one sight I am so pleased to have witnessed 1st hand.
Quite simply this release should go down as a benchmark in trance history and a must for any serious collector.
At its peak this was the tune to have, now its a anthem to savour.
10/10 everytime
