Dimmu Borgir - In Sorte Diaboli
Jun 10, 2009
I saw this on ebay and I had no idea it even existed. I'm a Dimmu Borgir completist so I had to have it. Upon recieving the digipac I was pleasantly surprised. It comes in a beautiful black matte cardboard digipac with spot varnished graphics, similar to that of the "Leather Book" version of "In Sorte Diaoli". As you open the digiac, the DVD is located on the left panel, the cd booklet is glued into the center panel of the digipac and the cd, which contains "The Ancestral Fever" bonus track, is located on the right panel. The cd booklet is prited on beautiful parchment paper which, again, is very similar to the "Leather Book" edition. For those of you who missed out on the "Leather Book", I reccomed this Russian digipac from Irond. I picked my copy up for a "Buy It Now" price of 20.00 USD plus 7.00 for shipping. It was definitely woth it.
"Mythmaker" is quite possibly the best release since "Too Dark Park". I honestly could not be happier with this disc. The track arrangements are incredible, the variation between tracks is excellent, I believe this album to be flawless. I can't figure out why any open minded Skinny Puppy fan would have problems with this release.
yelworC is the epitome of dark electronic music, forget club anthems, forget synthy hooks, yelworC is the most terrifying nightmare turned into a remarkable audio experience. yelworC is the soundtrack of hell with mid paced pummeling of beats and the voice of absolute darkness. The sick thing is that yelworC is now only Peter Devin and his music is somehow more atmospheric and evil than it has ever been in the past. If you like Skinny Puppy, XMTP, and In Slaughter Natives, the newest yelworC release TRINITY is a must own!! It will tear your soul out and show it to you. | ||||
