Profile: CD grading is a controversial issue. Some CDs can look faulty, but play fine. Whereas others look fine and do not play. It is generally considered throughout the collecting industry that a CD with perfect playback is in Mint condition, however as collectors ourselves we do not agree with this. For an item to be described as Mint condition it should not only sound perfect, but should also look perfect. Therefore we have developed the following CD grading guide:

Mint (M): ‘New’ or ‘As new’ condition.
Excellent (EX): Shows signs of having been played (light surface marks), but plays fine and has perfect sound quality.
Very good+ (VG+): Disc has obvious surface marks, but plays fine and has perfect sound quality.
very Good (vG): Disc is scratched, but despite this plays fine and doesnt effect sound quality.

Fair (F) or Poor (P): Disc that only plays some of the tracks - We do NOT stock items in this condition.
