Techno is a music based in experimentation; it is music for the future of the human race. Without this music there will be no peace, no love, no vision. By simply communicating through sound, techno has brought people of all different nationalities together under one roof to enjoy themselves. Isn't it obvious that music and dance are the keys to the universe? So called primitive animals and tribal humans have known this for thousands of years! We urge all brothers and sisters of the underground to create and transmit their tones and frequencies no matter how so called primitive their equipment may be. Transmit these tones and wreak havoc on the programmers!

Long live the underground...

This is a guy to watch for in 2010. Dark and sedated, similar to Levon Vincent's sound, but more acidified. Most promising artist on the current Turbo roster.

Hailing from MONTREAL, CANADA, will a guy like him help build a acid-house scene in the city? I sure fucking hope so.
Various - Fifteen Years Fuse Jan 30, 2010 (edited 10 days ago)
Excellent compilation. Full length tracks, no edit, not mixed. Over 3h of music. The tracks are well divided; first cd are well known techno anthems (no cheese!), second cd is mostly banging minimal business, and third cd is stuff you would expect on Border Community, "atmospheric" would be a good adjective.

Very good buy, excellent value for the money.
Ever wanted to eat some good acid, dress up as a Teletubbies and jump around with a diabolical smile on your face? This is the record for you.
the classic 60's stoner movie Cheech&Chong: Up In Smoke
Awesome selection, however I would of preferred an unmixed version. Peter Nook (of New Order fame) is not a bad dj, but some transitions are a bit shoddy.. however I have to admit, that mix of Party Boy - Twilight Zone with Phuture - Acid Track is pretty wicked. This album sound like the recordings of a acid-house party, which was, well basically the point ;)

But I have to ask, who the f*** is Manray??
This release is pure genius. Sick and twisted basses, samples ranging from Techmaster PEB to Tiga.. This is 2009 rave music. Music to be played loud on a booming soundsystem, music for basses lovers. "Trip II London" and "Heads Out" are the best tracks.

Looking for japanese electronic music? Stop here. This label feature nothing but the top japanese producers: Ken Ishii, Susumu Yokota, Rei Harakami, Co-Fusion and more... High standards, the best of Japan. Anyone looking for some really fresh and eccentric beat should take a look at this label.
Absorb Project - Methods Of Control EP Sep 04, 2006 (edited over 3 years ago)
This is a really special record for me. It seem to contain a bit of everything, tech-house, techno, with a small trancy flavor... It's really dj friendly, and really easy to throw in any techno/tech-house set. And of course the music is excellent, great rush-hour tracks that keeps you interested until the end of the song.
Lehner & Biebl - Untitled Aug 30, 2006 (edited over 3 years ago)
There is alot of excellent unknown record, and this is one of them. A1, Order, is a really groovy hypnotic tech-house track. It's quite complex, but still keep a nice minimal tone and feature alot of subtle melodies. A2, Dazed and Confused, is a bit faster paced than Order. It kept the groovy feeling of Order, but now the percussion are more present. This is pure tech-house, you won't find any minimal element here. B, Sweet, is quite different than the other two. It's 100% techno, and the groovyness of the other two tracks is quite gone. It's pretty decent, nothing wrong with it, but I must admit it's my least favorite track on this still really respectable release from the austrian label Urknall.
Big Bass - Sexy Crazy Jul 07, 2006 (edited over 3 years ago)
If I could only bring one record with me in my grave when I die, this would be the one. Not because of the Sexy Crazy remixes. I don't really care much for them, they are some kind of weird euro-house/hard-house. In fact, if that record would only have those 3 songs, I would of probably sold it. But the "Bonus Track", Flying, is one of the finest piece of electronic music that nobody ever heard of. It's so wonderful, so much energy! Owning this record make you feel like you know a secret that no one else knows. If ever I come across another copy, I will buy it again. And I would do it again after it too.
