The record sale process.
1 You select tune.
2 I will Email you with prices and paypal payment address.
3 You pay preferably via paypal.
4 I acknowledge payment,provide dispatch date and leave you appropriate feedback.
5 I select your 7" or 12" Record / Cd / LP / Cassette.
(Quality Check of Item Bought).
6.1 I visually examine your selection.
6.2 I play your selection.
6.3 I clean your selection.
6.4 I securely pack your selection.
and Finally
6.5 I dispatch your selection. (the dispatch note includes a Quality Check Sheet as listed).
7 I will confirm to you by Email that dispatch has taken place.
8 You recieve parcel intact.
9 You do not have to leave feedback, but it would be nice to know the parcel arrived safely.
RETURNS AND REFUND PROCEDURE.
CONDITIONS FOR REFUND.
(Excluding "Cotswold Hospital Radio" sales)
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please:
1) Email me in the first instance to confirm goods are being returned, and stating reason for return.
2) Return package to me in the same condition it was sent to you.
3) A refund will be issued minus a 5% handling charge for reinspection of product..(Except where the item has been damaged in the post, I will take ownership of the damaged property, the buyer will be fully reimbursed by me).
4) Return Postage costs will only be refunded by including the Postage Receipt with the goods.(Exceptions for damaged goods as listed above)
(Your Feedback Rating from me will not be affected whatever you decision).
DAMAGED GOODS
Should the buyer be unfortunate to receive a damaged product, please refer to the above Returns Procedure, It is most important that I get the parcel returned to me. The buyer will be fully reimbursed including returned postage costs.
Please note:
For the Moment I am selling records on behalf of Cotswold Hospital Radio , serving Cheltenham General and Gloucester Royal Hospitals in Gloucestershire, England. The records are no longer required by the radio station mainly because different media i.e.(CD's) have been bought or duplicate copies have been received from families, friends or even patients donating their record collections to the station. The records offered for sale will be indicated by the statement "Sold on behalf of COTSWOLD HOSPITAL RADIO", at the start of the description, all proceeds will to go towards helping the continual running costs of the radio station, which relies mainly on the donations of various companies, groups of people and individuals.
A lot of the records will have a small amount of damage to the label, due to the identification process whilst in the library. The playing surface of the record will be at least VG+, the same condition as any radio station would expect, the records offered for sale will not be overpriced and reasonable offers will be considered.
Unfortunately Cotswold Hospital Radio will not be accepting returns (Exceptions being Damaged goods in transit, then my returns procedure applies) or offering refunds, these records are sold as described. Please ensure you read and understand the description of the item being offered for sale before hitting the buy button.
