Profile: I am mostly into rock music. Although I do venture out a bit with electronic. I'm pretty open in terms of other genres except for rap and country.
Here is what I try to base my ratings on (I took this from vargind's profile but altered it to fit my tastes)
5 - all killer, no filler
4 - pretty damn good, maybe a few naff tracks
3 - OK. half and half. Or not bad but gets kinda bland and boring.
2 - only one or a few good tracks, the rest...
1 - painful
